many issues and no way to ask for tech help or suggest better updates. Can't rotate screen for better viewing experience. If you bring up your tab and scroll into another app (like canceling a call) camera turns off automatically on both ends which forces you to log out and log back in if you are in a meeting where camera must be turned on (Dr appointment or group meeting). You cannot zoom in or out. Unlike ZOOM, you cannot opt to see ONLY the presenter if in a group meeting. Many more issues

I have had to cancel several therapy appointments due to the new update. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, cleared the Data, cleared the caches and still nothing. All I get is the blue screen to log in on. I've called IT and they said "If you have an Android phone or a Samsung phone we know there are issues and we don't have an ETA when this will get resolved." Thanks 5 really looking out for us veterans who actually need these appointments!

Mixed experience. Some days good, others poor connection, and lately keep getting message to update popup overthe ongoing session. Then go to play store and no update available. Group sessions the screen doesn't always stay on the facilitator as its focus frequently shifts to showing participants. In comparison to Zoom, this tool needs some work.
